As an approximate guide, here are the list of British Dressage/USDF equivalencies for the ODI levels.

1. Lead Rein/Long Lining/In Hand Test - mainly walk with a few strides of trot

2. Entry Level - walk/trot test.  USDF Intro/BD Intro

3. Newcomers Level - for combinations starting out. USDF Training (lower)/BD Preliminary

4. Proficient Level - USDF Training (upper)/ BD Preliminary

5. Achievers Level - USDF Training/ BD Novice

6. Experienced Level - USDF L1/BD Elementary

7. Expert Level - USDF L2/BD Medium

8. Mastery Level - USDF L3/BD Advanced Medium

9. Elite International Level - choose your own FEI test
